Is Island Health Ready to Face the Music in Port McNeill?

Join the conversation and voice your concerns

A little people power could go a long way

It’s no secret that healthcare in Port McNeill is struggling.

From last-minute emergency room closures, to clinics barely being kept afloat, to patients facing extreme wait times for appointments.

Our system is understaffed and overstressed.

It’s time to do something about it. The City of Port McNeill has organized an info session with Island Health to help citizens get their questions answered and their concerns addressed.

On Thursday, June 16th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Island Health will hold an online forum with the City to make sure folks who live here are being heard.

You can email your questions in advance by June 13th to collaborate@mwgn.ca to make sure they’ll be answered fully.

Join in the webinar by Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81804575168 to learn more about what’s stressing our healthcare system and what we can do about it.
