BC’s Premier, John Horgan, has tested positive for COVID-19. He announced this on his Twitter account, and is reporting that his symptoms are “mild and that is thanks to being fully vaccinated.”
Horgan is also immunocompromised. That’s because he went through 35 radiation sessions for throat cancer in January.
He came back to the Legislature in February but he still wears a mask in public even though his government removed the mask mandate.
We wish him a speedy recovery.
