Time for Everyone to Eat, Drink and Be Merry

Let this great event be your annual Christmas Party!

Dance the night away and help put food on Valley tables

Come One, Come All!

Rotarians are now out in the community selling tickets to the Christmas Party of the Year.

Beyond just being a great party, it helps gives back both to local businesses and make sure no one in our community goes hungry this holiday season.

“We saw a need to, on one hand, help support local institutions that are alleviating food insecurity in our community, and on the other hand, to offer support to local restaurants and food providers.” said said raffle committee chair, Myrna to the Comox Valley Record.

It’s the third consecutive year of the “Everyone Eats Raffle.” This year the raffle winner will be announced with a “Mamma Mia, it’s Christmas!” dinner and dance!

Picture this: a sophisticated silent auction featuring stunning art works, gifts, and local experiences, paired with not-so-sophisticated dance moves to rocking live music from local band “Time Well Wasted.” Oh, and all the delicious gourmet Greek food you could possibly stuff into your face.

“[It’s] a chance for the community to come together, have fun and celebrate the start of the holiday season, while raising funds for a great cause,” said dinner committee chair, Angela Zumbo to Comox Valley Record.

“This event can be a great opportunity for local companies to treat their staff and let this great event be their annual Christmas Party!”

While you get to dance the night away, LUSH Valley Food Action Society, Comox Valley Food Bank, and all the people from our community who use these services will also be celebrating.

All the proceeds from your night out will help put full plates on all the Valley’s tables.

It’s a win for everyone.

The raffle prize draw will also be held midway through the event. This includes a top prize of $1,000 in gift certificates towards amazing local dining experiences.

Only 1,000 rotary tickets will be sold, and dinner tickets are $100 per person.

For more details and to purchase your tickets head to the Comox Rotary website and follow their social media channels for more updates!
